May 20, 2008 Dear Parishioner: “I know I put that pledge envelope somewhere” you may be saying when opening my letter today. So far, I have heard from 70 of our parishioners who have pledged $19,381 toward our parish goal of $30,795. I still need to hear from you. We recently completed an audit of our physical facilities which the Finance Council will utilize to develop a five, ten and fifteen year facilities refurbishment plan. Our objective is to finance this plan by paying as we go without any major fundraising. To assist in achieving this objective, I ask you to consider prayerfully your participation in this Appeal. If we all participate, we can ensure the future of our Church in Western Washington as well as help support the needs of our parish Enclosed you will find a pledge card for the Annual Catholic Appeal. Please complete and return it to the collection basket this weekend, or mail it in the enclosed return envelope. Payments may be made over a ten-month period through monthly billing, credit cards, EFT or online at www.seattlearch.org/aca. Your pledge, no matter the amount, will make a difference. If you cannot make a gift at this time, please complete the card and offer a prayer for the success of this year’s campaign.
