Community Life Ministries
Our community of St. Patrick's thrives because of the faith and commitment of all of us. Because so many are so generous with their time and talent (and financial resources) we are able to provide many community ministries and activities. You'll be welcomed in whichever ministry you choose.

Cabrini Ministers
Parishioners who have attended the 6-month Cabrini Ministry training program, provide compassion and care for those in the parish who are experiencing life’s burdens. Our ministers visit the homebound and the sick, but are also available to provide spiritual and emotional support to those grieving a loss or facing other challenging situations. The ministers meet as a group for support and connection 2-3 times a year.

The Cabrini training, which begins in October, offers sessions in listening skills, lay presiding, ministry to the homebound and dying, and ethics. The training process addresses both pastoral skills and spiritual formation to provide the minister with a comassionate and nonjudgmental resence to those to whom minister.
